RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We offer one free exchange per order for Australian customers. For international customers, a subsidized fee of $25 AUD applies to cover shipping and handling. Please note that refunds are not offered. However, we do have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets our return conditions (detailed below). Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind returns.

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Options include exchanging the product or receiving store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Items discounted by 40% or more from their original price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Until the item reaches our facility, it remains your responsibility.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or washing powder.
  • Show no signs of makeup, tan marks, glitter, or pet hair.
  • Be adequately packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Exchanges
If your item is the wrong size or unsuitable, you can exchange it for a different size or product. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.

  • Products cannot be held for exchange, so we recommend sending your return promptly to avoid delays.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be provided.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange transactions.

Store Credit for Returns
Store credit will be issued as a gift card once your returned item is received at our facility.

  • Allow up to 2 weeks for processing and the issuance of store credit.
  • Gift cards are sent electronically to the email address associated with the original order. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive it.
  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
  • Discount codes used in the original purchase are not included in the store credit value.
